Swiss Chard ‘Lucullus’ is a very easy to grow, bolt resistant variety producing masses of thick, succulent white stems and heavily crumpled Green leaves. Tolerant to drought and the cold, this prolific Swiss Chard can be sown in succession from March to August to provide winter to early spring harvests of nutrient rich foliage
It holds an RHS Award of Garden Merit with its upright growth habit which is ideal for any vegetable plot or kitchen garden. High in fibre, protein and vitamins, ‘Lucullus’ boasts a mild, sweet flavour and is both nutritious and versatile in the kitchen.
