Cabbage Red Strip

Cabbage is an easy-to-grow, tasty and nutritious crop that comes in a variety of shapes, colours and sizes! They are delicious fried, boiled, made into soup or eaten raw on salads and in coleslaws.

Red Cabbage is so-called for its bright, reddish-purple leaves, which make a colourful addition to any plate! Try it pickled, or as a zesty slaw.
