Cabbage Savoy Strip

Cabbage is an easy-to-grow, tasty and nutritious crop that comes in a variety of shapes, colours and sizes! They are delicious fried, boiled, made into soup or eaten raw on salads and in coleslaws.

Savoy Cabbage is a hardy winter variety sporting layers of dark green, crinkled leaves, providing excellent texture when cooked. It pairs excellently with bacon, and, of course, the Christmas dinner!
