Celeriac Mars Seeds

Celeriac Mars is a modern breed which boasts creamy-white flesh that remains firm despite the large size of the roots. These upright plants hold themselves well in the soil, resulting in less rain splash and better resistance to celery leaf spot.

After harvesting its roots from October to November, Mars stores well but can also be left in the ground over winter if covered with a 15cm layer of straw for protection. They're ideal for making homemade coleslaw – simply grate and enjoy the crunchy texture and subtle, celery-like taste.

Each packet contains 150 seeds.
