An indispensable herb to have close at hand, especially in Thai, Chinese and Middle Eastern cooking, Coriander is an easy to grow leafy herb. To make sure you have fresh bunches of coriander throughout the summer, sow successionally every two weeks.

Harvest coriander by snipping the stalks at the base. The stalks, leaves and seeds are all flavourful and edible whilst the delicate flowers can be used to embellish salads.
