English Bluebell 1ltr
ADD TO BAG
The English Bluebell (Hyacinthoides non-scripta) is a welcome sight in springtime. The graceful, nodding bell-shaped flowers of the blue bell are a treat when planted en masse, looking spectacular in naturalistic drifts.
The flowers have a delightful fragrance which drifts delicately on the breeze. At their happiest when grown beneath the dappled shade of deciduous trees, alongside a hedge or naturalised in grass the English Bluebell looks fantastic planted alongside ferns or other woodland plants.
For a striking colour contrast they can be combined with red campion (Silene dioica) or for a cooler colour palette plant with cow parsley (Anthriscus sylvestris) for a delicate, airy display.
Please note that all our plants come in simple plastic pots unless otherwise stated in the product name. If you wish to pot yours up we do have a wide range of pots to choose from.
