The young fresh green shoots of the Microgreens Kale Nero di Toscana have a mild kale flavour and make a fantastic addition to a tasty salad or perfect to add a subtle sweetness to sandwiches.

Microgreens are easy to grow, quick to crop and ideal for growing indoors or in a warm greenhouse any time of year. These micro leaves may be small in size but they are big in flavour when harvested as young seedlings before the leaves start to fully mature to their true size.
