Microgreens Mustard Red Lace produces thin ghost white stems topped with a flourish of gorgeous deep purple leaves. These flavoursome sprouts are a perfect way to introduce a subtle mustard heat to your salads and sandwiches whilst adding appealing pop of colour.

Microgreens are easy to grow, quick to crop and ideal for growing indoors or in a warm greenhouse any time of year. These micro leaves may be small in size but they are big in flavour when harvested as young seedlings before the leaves start to fully mature to their true size.
