Our click & collect service is available in all Dobbies stores.
Get started with just 3 easy steps:
1. Browse and shop online
Choose from hundreds of our best selling items online or through the Dobbies app, from plants and gardening essentials, to home décor and pet products.
2. Place your order
Place and pay for your click & collect order online before 4pm for free next day collection from your nearest Dobbies store. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number.
3. Time to collect!
Pop into your chosen Dobbies store and speak to a team member who will show you to the collection point. We’ll hold your order for 72 hours. Don’t forget to bring your order confirmation.
Are you a club plus member?
Remember to sign in online using the email address linked to your Club Plus membership when placing your click & collect order to get your 10% discount on plants, bulbs and seeds.
Please note gift cards or Dobbies Club reward vouchers can’t be used to pay for click & collect orders.

We’re happy for someone to pick up your order for you! They’ll need to bring your order confirmation email and order number.
If you need to cancel your order or you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, then call our Customer Service Team on 0131 561 6406 and select option 4. Our phone lines are open 6 days a week, 10am to 4pm Monday through Saturday. Please note your order cannot be amended, just cancelled. If you want to add or remove items from your order, you should cancel your order and place a new one.
If you change your mind or are unhappy with your items, they’ll need to be returned in-store with a copy of your order confirmation email.
We have a carefully selected range of products available to click & collect and we’re working on adding more products regularly. Online exclusive or heavier items that need two people to carry them aren’t available for our click & collect service.
