If you're buying from Dobbies.com, spend more than £50 and you will qualify for free delivery. This excludes large item delivery and in-store purchases to takeaway.

You don’t need an account to shop on dobbies.com — you can check out as a guest if you prefer. However, creating an account comes with great benefits: you’ll be able to view your full order history, save your favourite items for next time, and easily update your personal details. Yes, just make sure your registered email address is the same for your online shopping account as your Dobbies Club/Club Plus Member Hub.  Then the points will be added automatically to your membership the day after your purchase.

You can request an email notification when the product is back in-stock online or you can click on ‘Check stock in your local store’ and enter your postcode to see if there is stock in your nearest store.

This depends on the item as stock replenishment times can vary. If you’ve requested an email notification we will email you when the website has stock again.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to hold the item for you. We recommend that you order the item when you receive the ‘back in stock’ email notification just in case the item is out of stock by the time you come to order it.
