      • The magical blooms of the Papaver Brilliant Poppy make up for their relatively short blooming time by unfurling bright, papery orange-red petals from around a purplish-black centre in a beautiful display.

        These poppies thrive in full sunlight and are sure to attract passing bees looking for a sweet nectar snack.

        Flowering between May and June, these tall poppies on sturdy stalks add tall bursts of colour to a border or can even be grown in large containers on your patio.

        Please note that all our plants come in simple plastic pots unless otherwise stated in the product name. If you wish to pot yours up we do have a wide range of pots to choose from.

      • Plant these poppies in full sunlight and moist but well drained soil. Deadhead the poppies after flowering and they might even produce a second flush of blooms. You can lift and divide large clumps of the poppies in autumn.
